Hemp Washcloth

So it's hot outside and you don't feel like working on a huge project or touching that ball of wool.

This hemp washcloth is a great little project perfect for the dog days of summer. It uses allhemp6 by Hemp For Knitting and it's softer than you might think. Knitting with hemp is similar to flax, and hemp can be substituted for flax in patterns. This washcloth is quick and easy to knit and makes a wonderful gift. The pattern is available for free in our store with the purchase of yarn.

It's cold outside

The temperatures are not rising fast enough for us so we thought we would share our pattern for a super quick knitted cable hat. We knit this has with one ball Lana Grande on size 15 needles. The hat can be knit flat or in the round, but we found that when working with needles this large it is much easier to knit the hat flat and then seam it up when you are finished. Since the hat is knit with such large yarn and needles you should be able to complete it in just under two hours.
